By accessing www.baudhyantram.com or enrolling in any program offered by Baudhyantram Educational Trust & Zyvora Services Private Limited (operating as Baudhyantram Coding Trainers & Developers), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Admission & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the course fee (full or agreed installment).
Baudhyantram reserves the right to refuse admission at its discretion.
Batch timings and start dates may change; students will be notified in advance.

2. Fees & Payment

Course fees must be paid according to the written terms provided during enrollment.
Fees are non-transferable between students or courses unless approved in writing by management.
Receipts will be issued for all payments.

3. Promotions

Any promotion applies only when it is included in the written enrollment terms provided to the student.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing within 7 days of the first class to receive a partial refund (minus administrative charges).
Refund eligibility is determined by the written enrollment terms.

5. Attendance & Conduct

Completion and attendance requirements are provided with the written enrollment terms.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or dishonest behavior may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, recordings, and content provided by Baudhyantram are proprietary. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Career Preparation

Career-preparation services do not promise employment or a particular outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baudhyantram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation or use of our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
